This page stores all the random crap I put on this page before I became sane. Reading through is quite amusing (only the most recent post
makes me seem almost normal/how I am now. Selected highlights include the fact it took me until I was 16 (2008) to realise that Nirvana are
good. And the fact that I use lol more times than should be allowed. Ever. Lol.
I also seem to have been more of a massive emo kid than I remember too...
Random Boredom
Agh. Exams. Revision. Work. Not good things. Had lots of them recently. And with them came the inevitable boredom of that kind of thing. But I survived!
And out of hibernation in (or rather not in) my lair, I return.
With tutorials. In my time of boredom, I was asked to write a tutorial for fabric folding when using GIMP. The result can be found here. I also would like to take this opportunity to point you here. Click it. Please?
Of course the fact I had no exams in Computing, and also lots of free periods on a Tuesday inevitably meant that we would spend every Computing lesson in the IT room doing our project, which had the welcome side effect of me becoming rather proficient in the language.
Combining my new knowledge with a desire to design something fun, and a lot of free time in the week with a wonderful program (Visual Basic 6) lead to the birth on my amazing game. Its kind of a hybrid between the Tower Defense games and Alien Invasion. Currently only the alien half of it works though.
Anywho....

Yay music
Thats a-right! I've found a new band (read: some new bands) to be obsessed with lol. Bullet, 30 Seconds To Mars, Weezer and Nirvana. All amazing bands =D!
Computing was pretty fun for a change lol. Its normally boring as hell because we just listen to the teacher going on. And on. And on. And on. And on. And on. Etc.
But today we did some real programming (for like the 3rd time ever). It was fun times lol. Also, I once again enjoyed Maths for having done it all before (last year). Did all the questions using my own method and took about half the time of everyone else lmao.
Oh and I'm now playing Expert on Rock band =D.

Back to... COLLEGE!
Wooo college has started. Its pretty awesome tbh, but my computing teacher is a right mong. He pisses me off massively. Geography is a rave, as was the
field trip. I've met loads of awesome people lol. Anywho, other than that lifes been fairly crap, average at best.
Plenty of homework to be going on with, mainly stats from my homework loving Further Maths teacher. But stuff has happened and things have been thought and im all :-( ...
Ah well I'll get over it... I suppose.
In other news, Britannia BC is coming along nicely, CaesarVincens from TWH is making the campaign map and Gaius has offered for TWH to host a gallery of images from the mod in it =D.
I might start updating this more often now as well.

Almost There
That's right. Its almost my birthday at long last!!1one!!11!!!!!eleven!!!!1!! To tell the truth I don't care about it at all =]. I didn't even realise it
was coming so soon. Ah well I'll get presents and hopefully money.
It was prom night the day after my last update. It was pretty awesome. And the limo which I expected to be an awkward situation was also cool. =D.
Today was dig day. Like every Wednesday. Today was tiring, and the trench I'm in is starting to piss me off. Me and my dad just keep extending and extending (the trench) and we aren't solving any of the problems we are trying to answer. *insert angry face here*.
Last day of July started about half an hour ago... 4 days until my birthday of awesomeness. Oh. Tune of the Week is this week:

Well in my boring life, I found Yahtzee. Not the game, but Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw. I find his Zero Punctuation reviews rather amusing. I also was
awake until 3am not long ago reading his very funny webcomic "Yahtzee Takes On The World".
Other than that, I have practically abandoned AoM... but that doesn't matter, its RTW for me. Britannia BC is coming along nicely. Also, if my Youtube
ever gets its arse into gear I'll upload a video of some elephants having "fun"...
